Why wouldn't I just hire a designer?

How fast will I receive my designs?
One request at a time, delivered in a few days on average. Larger pieces (a full website design, a brand guide) are broken into milestones so you see progress continuously.
How does the request queue work?
You keep a clear queue of design requests, ordered by priority. We work on one active request at a time, then move to the next when it is approved or ready to pause.
How does pausing work?
Pauses are handled inside your Trello board. Once the active request is finished or parked, we move the membership to paused, save any unused days as credit, and restart when you're ready and capacity is available.
Really no meetings?
Really. We've banned them. Everything runs asynchronously on your design board — requests, feedback, delivery. You'll be surprised how much faster it is. If something truly needs a call, we'll jump on one.
Who owns the work?
You do — 100%, including source files. Every design is created specifically for you; nothing is templated or resold.

Start with one focused request slot and measure the pace. If your queue needs more throughput, we can add a second active slot or recommend a project quote for larger work.
