They apply to everyone who visits unlik.net, published by unlik SARL (see the legal notice). Using the site means you accept them.
Working with us is a separate matter, covered by our terms of service and the proposal you sign.
Using the site
The site is free to use. We keep it running and up to date, but we may change, pause or take it offline at any time — for maintenance, for example — without notice.
Our work, and our clients'
The unlik_ name and wordmark, and the texts, designs, images, animations and code on this site, are protected by intellectual property law. They belong to unlik SARL, or to the clients whose names, logos and projects we show with their permission.
You're welcome to view the site and share links to it. Reproducing, adapting or reusing any part of it — in whole or in part — needs our written permission first.
Prices on the site
Prices help you decide; they're not a binding offer. An engagement only starts with a signed proposal, under our terms of service.
All prices exclude VAT. Euro and US dollar amounts are for information: the amount and currency on your proposal or invoice are the ones that count.
Links elsewhere
We link to services we don't run, like LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Their content and their privacy practices are their own responsibility.
Liability
We take care over what we publish, but we can't promise the site is free of errors or always available. As far as the law allows, unlik SARL isn't liable for damage arising from using the site, or from being unable to.

Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version online when you visit is the one that applies; the date at the top tells you which.
Governing law
Moroccan law. If a disagreement can't be settled amicably, the competent courts of Marrakech decide.
