Terms of service
The fine print, written to be read: what you buy, how you pay, and what's yours at the end.

Two ways to work with us
These terms cover every engagement with unlik SARL (RC Marrakech 159741, ICE 003641379000027). We work with businesses and organisations. Your signed proposal sets out the specifics; where it says something different from these terms, the proposal wins.
There are two formulas, and these terms cover both:
- Programs: one-off engagements with a fixed scope and price — the strategy session, the full branding program and the custom CMS website.
- The design membership: a senior design team on a flat monthly rate, billed monthly, quarterly or annually, with optional add-ons.
Getting started
Your engagement starts once you've accepted our proposal in writing and your first payment has arrived. Until then, no dates are held for you.
Prices
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), excluding VAT, which is added at the applicable rate. Clients outside Morocco may be invoiced in euros or US dollars, as stated on the proposal.
Not included: hosting, domain names, paid fonts, stock images, plugins and other third-party licences or services. You pay for them directly, or we re-invoice them at cost.
Members keep their rate. As long as your membership runs — paused included — you pay the price you joined at, whatever we charge new members later. Cancel and come back, and the prices in force at that time apply.
Payment
Programs: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
Membership: paid at the start of each billing period — monthly, quarterly or annually, depending on your plan. Add-ons are paid when ordered.
Invoices are due on receipt, and no later than 30 days after their date. If a payment is late, we pause the work until it clears, and late-payment penalties apply as provided by Moroccan law.
Bank details
Payments are made by bank transfer to unlik SARL. Our bank details appear only on our proposals and invoices.
We will never ask you to pay into a different account by email or message. If that happens, call us on +212 661 431 739 before paying.
No refunds
All payments are final. We don't refund a program you stop partway, a membership period that has started, or unused time or requests.
Revisions are how we make things right: we keep going until the work is. A paused membership keeps its unused days as credit (see below) — credit, not cash.
Programs
Each program follows the scope, deliverables and timeline in your proposal — typically 6 to 8 weeks for the full branding program and 2 to 3 months for the custom CMS website.
Revisions continue until the work is right, within that scope. Anything beyond it is quoted separately before we start.
The membership
A senior design team on a flat rate, working through your own shared board:
- One active request at a time. Add as many as you like to your queue, in order of priority.
- Most requests land in a few days; larger pieces are split into milestones. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Revisions continue until the piece is right. Once you approve it, new changes go in as a new request.
- In scope: the work listed on the membership page. Building a website on a CMS is an add-on; hosting and third-party costs are extra.
- Pause: once the active request is finished or parked, we pause your membership and bank your unused days as credit, to use when you restart, subject to our availability. Your rate stays locked while you're paused.
- Cancel: the monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and ends with the period already paid. Quarterly and annual plans run to the end of their term. Cancelling ends your locked rate: if you rejoin, current prices apply.
- After you leave: your board and files stay available for 30 days. Download what you want to keep.
Your part
Send us the information, content, access and feedback the work needs, on time. If something's late on your side, the timeline moves with it.
You confirm you hold the rights to everything you give us — texts, images, logos, data — and that we may use it for your project. You don't ask us for anything unlawful, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
Approval
You approve each deliverable in writing or on your board. If we hear nothing within five working days of delivery, the deliverable counts as approved.
Ownership
Once you've paid in full, the final deliverables are 100% yours: we assign you the rights to use, reproduce, adapt and distribute them, in all media, worldwide, for the full legal term. If a payment is disputed or reversed, those rights are suspended until it's settled.
Third-party elements — fonts, stock images, plugins, platforms — stay under their own licences. Drafts and concepts you didn't choose stay ours.
Once the work is public, we may show it in our portfolio and case studies. Prefer we didn't? Tell us in writing and we won't.
Confidentiality
What you share about your business stays between us and is used only for your project — during the engagement and after it ends.
Liability
We commit to the care and skill of a senior studio. That's an obligation of means, not of results: we don't guarantee commercial outcomes, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, profit or opportunity.
Our total liability is capped at what you paid for the program concerned or, for the membership, at the fees paid in the three months before the claim.
Force majeure
Neither of us is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. The obligations affected are suspended for as long as the event lasts.
Ending an engagement
Either of us may end an engagement if the other seriously breaches these terms and doesn't fix it within 15 days of written notice. Sums already paid stay paid; work done up to that date is invoiced.

Governing law
Moroccan law. We'll always try to settle a disagreement amicably first; if that fails, the competent courts of Marrakech decide.
