Short version: we collect little, sell nothing and track no one. The long version is below.

Who's responsible
unlik SARL, 6 Rue Ibn Aicha, Imm. 18, Gueliz, Marrakech, Morocco (RC Marrakech 159741, ICE 003641379000027).
We process personal data under Moroccan Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. If you're in the European Union, the GDPR applies too, and we respect it.
Anything about your data: hello@unlik.net.
What we collect
Only what we need to answer you and do the work.
- You contact us (email, phone, WhatsApp): your name, contact details, company and what you tell us about your project.
- You become a client: billing details (company name, address, ICE or tax numbers), the briefs, files and feedback you share, and the names and emails of teammates you invite to your board.
- You visit the site: our host handles technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested, date and time) to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't see it.
What we do with it
Reply to you and prepare a proposal. Do the work and manage our relationship. Invoice you and keep the records Moroccan law requires. Keep the site and our tools secure.
That's the list. We don't sell your data, we don't profile you, and we don't email you marketing without asking first.
Who sees it
Our team, and the few providers that help us run the studio, each for its own job only:
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this site
- Google (Google Workspace) — our email
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there
- Trello (Atlassian) — design boards for members
- Our accountant, and public authorities when the law requires it
Data outside Morocco
Some of these providers store data outside Morocco, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers are declared to or authorised by the CNDP, and we only use providers that commit to protecting the data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere: deleted three years after our last exchange. Client projects: kept for the engagement, then five years — the time either of us has to raise a claim under Moroccan commercial law.
Invoices and accounting records: as long as Moroccan law requires (currently ten years). Our host keeps technical logs for the short periods its own policy sets.
Your rights
Under Law 09-08 you can ask what we hold about you, get a copy, have it corrected, and object to its use for legitimate reasons. Under the GDPR you can also ask us to erase it, limit it or hand it over in a portable format.
Email hello@unlik.net. We may ask you to confirm who you are, then we'll answer within one month.
Not happy with our answer? Complain to the CNDP (cndp.ma) or, in the EU, to your national data protection authority.
Cookies and storage
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no social trackers. So no cookie banner.
Your browser keeps two small notes for the site, never sent to us: the currency you picked for prices (local storage), and a flag that lets page transitions finish smoothly (session storage, gone when you close the tab). Our host may set one strictly necessary security cookie to block malicious traffic.
You can clear all three in your browser settings at any time.
Security
The site only runs over encrypted connections. Client files and boards are open only to the people working on them.
Changes
When our practices or the law change, this page changes too. The date at the top tells you which version you're reading.
